Our process is designed to provide a comprehensive solution for appliance leaks and water damage:
Leak Detection
Using advanced moisture detection technology, we quickly identify the source of the leak, whether it’s a washing machine hose or a dishwasher gasket. We ensure no hidden water damage is left untreated.
Appliance Repair
Once the leak is located, we repair the appliance to prevent further water damage. Whether it’s replacing a faulty hose on a washing machine or fixing a refrigerator water line, we address the issue immediately.
Water Extraction
Standing water can cause significant damage to floors, walls, and furniture. We use powerful water extraction equipment to remove water quickly from affected areas.
Drying and Dehumidification
After water extraction, we focus on thoroughly drying the area to prevent mold growth. Industrial dehumidifiers and air movers are strategically placed to remove moisture from the air and surfaces.
Sanitization
Water from leaks can carry contaminants. We sanitize the affected areas to eliminate bacteria, mold spores, and any unpleasant odors.
Restoration and Repair
Once everything is dry, we repair and restore damaged areas. This can include replacing drywall, repairing flooring, and restoring cabinetry damaged by water.
Time is of the essence when dealing with appliance leaks. Even a small leak can quickly turn into a major issue, leading to mold growth, structural damage, and costly repairs. By addressing leaks immediately, you can avoid:
Mold Growth: Mold can start growing within 24-48 hours of water exposure. Left untreated, it can spread throughout your home, leading to health issues and expensive remediation.
Structural Damage: Water can weaken floors, walls, and ceilings, causing long-term structural damage to your home.
Increased Repair Costs: The longer a leak is left untreated, the more damage it causes. Immediate repair and cleanup can save you thousands in future repair costs.
Washing Machine Leaks
Washing machines are a common source of household water damage. From overflowing machines to burst hoses, leaks from these appliances can cause significant damage to laundry rooms, basements, and nearby living areas.
Dishwasher Leaks
Dishwasher leaks often occur due to clogged drains, worn seals, or improper installation. Leaks can go unnoticed for long periods, causing hidden water damage under floors or behind walls.
Refrigerator Leaks
Refrigerators, especially those with ice makers or water dispensers, are another frequent source of leaks. A broken water line or damaged ice maker can cause leaks that spread under flooring or into walls.
Water Heater Leaks
Water heaters are essential appliances, but when they fail, they can flood entire rooms. We specialize in water heater repair and cleanup, ensuring your home is safe from further water damage.
Dryer and Appliance Leaks
Dryers can also cause water leaks, particularly in humid conditions. Leaks from these appliances, while less common, can still lead to significant damage if not handled promptly.
What should I do if my appliance is leaking water?
The first step is to turn off the water supply to the appliance to prevent further leaking. After that, contact a professional service to inspect the damage and begin repairs and cleanup as soon as possible.
How long does it take to clean up water damage from an appliance leak?
The time it takes depends on the extent of the water damage. Water extraction and drying typically take 24-72 hours, but full repairs and restoration might require more time, depending on the severity.
Is water damage from appliances covered by homeowners' insurance?
Most homeowners' insurance policies cover sudden and accidental water damage, including that caused by appliance leaks. However, it’s always best to review your policy or consult your insurance agent to confirm your coverage.
Can appliance leaks cause mold growth?
Yes, mold can begin to develop within 24-48 hours of water exposure if the water damage isn't properly addressed. It’s important to act quickly to prevent mold and further damage.
How can I prevent future leaks from my appliances?
Regular maintenance is key to preventing future leaks. Inspect hoses, seals, and water connections regularly, and replace them if they show signs of wear. Ensuring that your appliances are properly installed can also help prevent leaks.
A slow leak from a dishwasher caused significant damage to the cabinets in a kitchen. The homeowner didn’t realize the extent of the damage until it was too late. The water was removed, the structure was dry, and the cabinets, drywall, and trim was replaced.

Yukon was founded by A.N. Spencer in 1891 and was named for the Yukon River which flows from British Columbia, across the Yukon, and into Alaska. The town voted to incorporate in 1901 and voted to add water works, sewer, and electricity from the mill in 1910. Businesses remained clustered on Main Street between Fourth and Fifth, until the 1920s, when they began to locate in other parts of the town. The interurban was built from Oklahoma City to El Reno in 1911. It closed in 1940. Paved roads didn't arrive until the construction of State Highway 66 in 1926. Oklahoma City annexed nearly all of the land around Yukon during the 1960s. This brought a boom in residential construction and commercial development.
